• A parent or guardian must confirm final custom design and any changes if you are under the age of 18

• ALL Orders are made to order.

• In person fittings are sometimes REQUIRED based on custom request. Virtual appointments are available but in person is preferred for the most accurate fit.

• I offer alterations ONLY if we are able to access the garment together in person, please be aware some alterations cannot be done. 

• Prices vary based on materials, labor, size and event date. Requests given 4 weeks or less MAY be denied or will require a rush fee. 

• West Side Designs holds the right to deny any request. I have been in the business for 3 years, I will NEVER confirm a custom I am not confident in completing. 

• All orders $100 or less must be paid in full - no half deposits 

• A contract will be sent order to CONFIRM your custom after a quote is agreed upon, contract must be signed and deposit sent in order to begin.
